As a Woodland High and Chico State Alumni, Dawn Brown ventured off with a recreation foundation that led her into the hospitality industry. From a vacation planner in Florida to a meeting research analyst and restaurant sales in Southern CA to hotel management and bureau events in Palm Springs, Brown has found herself returning home to Sacramento seven years later. Her professional journey has allowed for extensive work experience, while making life-long friends.
At the Bureau, Brown manages and executes the marketing programs that support the business objectives of the SCVB's departments and integrating programs with the overall branding strategy. These include tradeshow support, executing and handling of exhibit booth logistics; support for discovergold.org website; advertising support; and collateral development support.
