Welcome, Welcome, Welcome! We are so excited to host your conference that we have a few special ways to welcome your delegates in our own golden way.
Welcome Signage Program
Sacramento will know you are here! Our Welcome Signage Program includes electronic signs at Sacramento International Airport, street banners throughout downtown, easel signs in the lobby of each host hotel, window decals on the store fronts, window decals and posters at the Sacramento Convention Center, placards on registration counters and concierge desks, and customized buttons worn by our hospitality staff. Additionally, we will blast via e-mail your convention profile to all local merchants.
Your delegates will feel welcomed and never feel small in a city so big.

In-Room Gift Deliveries
What can GOLD do for you? Would you like a gift delivered to all of your delegates, but simply don’t have the man power? No problem. The SCVB works hand in hand with our convention hotels for in-room deliveries. (Charges may apply.) We’ll also work with you to develop ideas for amenity packages. Consider us your personal express delivery team.
